One of the great things about Florida accommodation is the variety. Visitors to Florida, no matter for what purpose, can find accommodation just right for their needs.

If you are a family, families, reunion or a group, there are accommodations you can share and find great comfort in. These are called vacation homes or villas. You do not have to be on vacation. You can be on a soccer tour, church convention, golf meet, visiting family, wedding, works conference or a course of any sort.

There are many sized Florida villas. Many are based around the Gulf Coast or in the Orlando area. In the Orlando area, most are located just right for a visit to the Disney World attractions or tours. These vacation homes are also close to Universal Studios and many golf courses.

Vacation homes in Florida range in size from 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 bedrooms. You can rent villas next door to each other to double up the sizes. So you can rent 2 x 4 bedroom villas next to each other to make up 8 bedrooms. Or a 5 bedroom and a 4 bedroom villa close to each other on the same street to form 9 bedroom villas. You can double up two 7 bedroom villas close to each other to form 14 bedroom villas, your own person hotel, at a lower cost. You can rent two smaller size homes if you do not want to share the same space but be close to each other.

Florida vacation rental houses are great. They have private facilities and amenities. They have full kitchens, private pools, private spas, game rooms. Additionally, they have shared amenities like gyms and community pools, if based in a resort.

If you want to rent a Florida villa at great value for money, rent direct from the owners. Look out for villas in the same community if you want to rent multiple villas next to or close to each other. The communities are listed down the left hand side in red.
