Orlando Pool Villas
The villas to rent for your holiday in Orlando, all have pools.
The great majority have a private pool. Some private pools are totally private because they may be fenced in or overlook large conservation areas.
Many pool villas are either partially or wholly overlooked. Some pool villas are wholly overlooked because they directly face the back and therefore the pool of another villa. The villas are often close to each other. People using the pool of one villa can directly face the people using the pool in the other villa.
Some pool villas are partially overlooked because they have neighbours to the sides where there is no vegetation or screening between them. While others are partially overlooked because they back onto a small lake, which another villa also backs onto. Some pool villas are also partially overlooked because they back onto a golf course where the players can clearly see you in the pool and you can see them.
To find out whether your pool villa has the privacy to meet your needs ask specific questions of the owner.
Pool villas, of course, have different orientations to the sun. They may be south facing, west facing (both get the sun all or most of the day), east or north facing or anything in between. Again, ask the owner questions to meet your needs.
Pool villas may have integrated spas. Others may have a separate hot tub on the pool deck. While other pool villas have no spa or hot tub.
Shared pool villas are generally condos located in a resort with a resort style swimming pool. Some of these also have shared spas.
Most pool villas are can be heated. There are some older pool villas where heating is not available. If the pools can be heated, the fuels used are solar, electric or gas.
The private pools in villas vary in size from 24 feet to 30 feet long and 12 feet to 15 feet wide. The pools often have lights in them to make it easy to swim after dark.
Pool villas are equipped with sun loungers so that you can relax by the pool.
