The villa is set on an extra large premium plot offering unrivalled privacy with peace and quiet around the southerly facing pool deck. The pool deck has been extended to the max to allow ample room for all members of your party to enjoy the sun and beautiful views of the lake and preserved woodland area beyond. The pool and spa have been custom designed to include a rock waterfall surrounded by tropical plants and flowers adding to the seclusion and relaxation of this peaceful tropical oasis.
Inside the villa has been furnished to the highest possible standard with top grain leather sofas and pillow quality bedding throughout. There are 2 living areas, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, as well as a games room. The bedrooms are divided as follows
4 x master suites with king or queen four poster beds and adjoining bathrooms
3 x twin rooms with adjoining bathrooms, two themed to suit younger members of the party.

This villa is in an unrivalled location at Emerald Island resort and is equipped to the highest possible luxury and comfort that we know from experience sets it apart from any other villa in the area. When we go on vacation we want to be looked after properly and that is what this villa is all about. It's the most luxurious and comfortable villa experience you and your family can find in the Disney area. *****The Emerald Villa..... has 7 sumptious bedrooms, an amazing games room, two spacious living areas, and it’s very own private secluded pool with waterfall. It is a Palm Harbour style designed specifically for the most prestigious 'Enclave' at Emerald Island resort. The villa is around 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse or maybe 10 if you take the nature trail.
The furnishings and décor are in two forms. The dining and living room area and the main master bedrooms, with their beautiful four poster beds, all have an elegant and formal style that is just plain lavish. The kitchen diner and family room, however, have a much more casual style that you can really kick back and relax in. Don’t get me wrong you can relax in all the rooms but these areas offer serious comfort and relaxation. The family room boasts rustic furniture and top grain leather sofas, the ultimate in leather and the perfect place to enjoy the PS2 or X-Box 'Live' through the large HD DLP screen television and Bose digital home theater system. This system rocks and has satellite HD programming and a wide selection of DvDs and games have been provided for rainy days or lazy evenings.
This fully air conditioned villa also has it's own games room complete with 50" HD LCD TV with HD satellite TV, Four 32" HD LCD screens with Xbox 360 online and system linked with top rated games, 4 pachinko pinball machines, air hockey, foosball and a serious Brunswick 8ft Pool table with centennial ball and cue set. Finished off with bar lights and more this room is a fun place to spend an evening with your family. Guests have commented that there is so much to do inside the villa that it is difficult to spare the time to visit Disney!
The four master bedrooms are all ensuite and have been furnished with king or queen four poster beds with pillow top quality bedding. In fact all beds apart from the top bunk in the younger themed boy’s room are lavished with pillow top bedding – so luxurious it’s like sleeping on a cloud and you won’t want to go home. The three twin rooms each have an adjoining ensuite bathroom shared with one other room. Two of these bedrooms have been themed, the first with two single four poster beds in a white lacy 'Fairy' style for the younger more discerning ladies in the party, and the other in a 'Cowboy and Indian' style to suit the younger gentlemen of the group. The last twin room has been furnished in a neutral style to suit anyone. Televisions are provided in each and every bedroom and there are fans throughout.
The kitchen is highly equipped with everything that you could possibly need for providing summer drinks or snacks, to catering for full scale dinner parties. We have catered for what we consider all eventualities and guests but if you require something you feel may not be at the villa please ask and we will do our best to provide it if it isn’t already there.

Rental Rates
Rental rates shown are fixed and based on seven night From Saturday to Saturday. They INCLUDE Tax, pool and spa heating, Telephone, WiFi internet, Satellite HD viewing, XBox 360 online, Barbeque and gas and a midweek maid visit with towel / linen changes and cleans during your stay. There are no extra costs.

Community facilitiesThe Resort
Emerald Island Resort has fast become the most prestigious resort development in the Disney area. The secure gated community is nestled on an upland tropical oasis area set within hundreds of acres of stunning nature preserve. The elevated position of the resort means that the views over the lowland wetland and woodland preserve are unrivalled anywhere. The Davenport creek runs by the resort and all the way through to Tampa bay and has many rare and exotic species. Over the creek runs the land bridge into the resort where you will see many birds etc enjoying their natural habitat as you approach the friendly gatehouse keeper and security guard. Within the heart of the resort are acres of protected woodland with nature trails with picnic areas for you and your family to enjoy a lazy afternoon away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
At the resort clubhouse you will find all the things that you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The reception staff are there to help you enjoy your stay in any way they can and offer information, the arrangement of transport or dinner tickets etc. The facilities of the clubhouse include a communal pool with tiki bar for early evening drinks before dinner, gym, sauna, cyber café, games arcade, shop, tot lot for the younger guests and for the more adventurous, tennis and volleyball courts. Recently the builder has finished at the resort and evening entertainment and much more is being planned.
The resort is actualy the closest resort to Disney - so close that it isn’t considered Kissimmee at all but part of Celebration, Disney’s own community located to the south of the main theme parks. Being this close to Disney and Celebration means you can conveniently enjoy all the restaurants and amenities that they have to offer. Less than a mile from the resort entrance are golf clubs that boast championship conditions all year around and the busy 192 with all it’s attractions and quiet nightlife. The Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas Italian restaurant and many more are all situated less than a mile away as is the nearest supermarket, doctors and pharmacy.
The resort style living at Emerald Island Resort has something to offer to all of the family and is so much more than just another housing estate. Membership of the resort for you and your party is included within your stay at our villa and you are free to use all amenities as much or as little as you wish.
The Setting
The Emerald villa is set on one of the most enviable and largest plots at the resort which offers more peace, quiet and tranquility than you will find almost anywhere else in the Disney area.
From the southerly facing pool deck there are great views of the tranquil lake, and across from the lake there are unspoilt lush green woodland and wetland lowland habitat as far as the eye can see. The slightly elevated position of the villa means that the views overlooking the trees are truly majestic and you feel really close to nature and gods garden. Birds and other wildlife love it here and we have observed otters playing in the lakes. |
