''Home Terrace'' is a brand new, luxurious second floor condominium which offers exceptional vacation accommodations for couples or families. Situated in the gated community of Terrace Ridge, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions. And, our rates are all inclusive of taxes, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities.
Our 2bed/2bath home is located right next door to our 3bed/2bath (Villa Ref# 241) on the same community, so giving the flexibility of renting the two properties together at a reduced rate for the larger families or parties travelling together. |

Our brand new, second floor, family owned luxury condo offers 2 bedrooms - 1 king and 1 twin bedded room. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the lounge. The master suite has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub and twin hand-basins. All bedrooms have TV's, alarm clock/radios, ceiling fans and ample closet space. The large family bathroom comes with bath tub with shower over and twin hand-basins.
The living and dining areas come complete with all the necessary items to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day, especially the kids with 32" cable TV, DVD/VCR with films, mini stereo and PS2 with games.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing that gourmet meal or just a light snack.
All linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge.
The Terrace Ridge Community facilities include luxury Clubhouse with Fitness/gym room, games room, bar/kitchen area, relaxing lounge with 42" plasma TV, large heated community swimming pool, heated spa and sand volleyball court.
All these facilities are Free to all our guests.
We have a very professional management company who keep our home in excellent condition at all times and are always on call 24/7 if required in emergency.
Please note that our condo has a strict No Smoking and No Pets policy.

Rental Rates
Rates are fully inclusive of all taxes and are for the Condominium NOT per person.
Low Season 2007 - $595 / £350 per week
Mid Season 2007 - $660 / £390 per week
High Season 2007 - $725 / £428 per week
There is a cleaning charge of $70/£45 payable on bookings of less than 1 week.
