We are extremely happy to now own our own Florida Villa and after many trips to Orlando Florida,
We realise the importance of ensuring our guests recieve the comforts and quality they deserve when they rent our beautiful villa, We feel that we have achieved that with Serenity, It is truly a beautiful home to enjoy while you experience the Orlando experience |
Amenities
At our Florida Villa we have installed a luxury master bedroom king suite with a new top of the range temperpediac matteress, This is not a standard rental bedroom suite it is quality and comfort,
Our other bedrooms consist of 1 Queen suite and 1 King bedroom suite, there are 2 other bedrooms both with single twin beds all with either the use of a jack and jill bathroom or the use of the shared bathroom. All bathrooms supplied with a selection of towels , We have also supplied the villa with luxury pool towels, So no need to bring any
All bedrooms have a remote controlled TV and DvD combo in each room for your use, The whole villa has Air con heating and cooling, with spilt control units so you can set the temperature to your own comfort, We also have a second sitting room up stairs .On the upstairs seating area we have a PS2 with a selection of games and 2 control's there is also a selection of board games as well. We have a 3 seater sofa that also converts to a sofa bed if the need arise's, Oh yes nearly forgot !!!!!!! A luxury LAY-Z-Boy massage chair with a 15 programme setting, very welcoming after a long day at the park.In the garage we have also installed a Professional Pool table and a 6 ft Air Hockey table this should keep you occupied!!
We also have available if required a travel cot and high chair for the little ones,
The pool and Lanai area are definatley the most used area of the villa so we have ensured we have installed the neccesary equipment for that area Child safety netting and alarmed doors for safety's sake!!! and ultra luxury pool furniture and cushions, If you are going to sit in the sun , sit in comfort, |

Community facilitiesExclusive Calabay Parc is close enjough to the attractions but far away enough to experience the relaxation that is needed.
There is a new Publix supermarket close by and there are a few restaurants close by, The new Golf complex designed by David Leadbetter, Champions Gate is only 10 min's away, and many other fine golf courses near by |
