Low Season - (Jan,Feb,Mar,Nov,Dec) - £400 per week
Mid Season - (Apr,May,Jun,Sept,Oct) - £450 per week
High Season - (Jul,Aug) - £475 per week
Christmas/Easter/ Thanksgiving - £500 per week (min 2 week bookings)
Block bookings 3 weeks or more 10% off rental price.
Security deposit required - £150 separate cheque held and returned to guest on completion of vacation.
Payment options: We accept U.K/ U.S cheques. Also credit/debit card payments by paypal (3.4% charge). |
