The villa offers over 2400 square ft of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 4 large double bedrooms including 2 master suites, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a pool with spa.
Large heatable south-west facing pool and spa -fully screened. Luxury poolside furniture.
All towels and linen provided.
Telephones are available in the kitchen and master bedroom (free local calls).

Rental Rates
The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £80/$160 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £80/$160. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of deposit payment methods. A security deposit of £200/$400 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
