Welcome to our beautiful Orlando villa which is ideal for couples or families and has two mastersuites which lead onto the pool area where you can stretch out in the sun on the extended pool deck, sit under the covered lanai when it gets too hot or gently swim in the pool. What better way to relax in between days at the theme parks.
We have taken great care to furnish the villa to a high standard, make it as comfortable as possible and equip it with everything you could need to make your stay a holiday of a lifetime - one which we hope you would like to repeat. Since 2009 we also include a baby/toddler pack so parents don't have to take so much with them. This includes such things as a baby monitor. steriliser, bottles, feeding cups, plates/dishes/cutlery, plastic bibs and there is even a toilet training seat for the older todders - full details on request.
It is conveniently situated close to Interstate 4 and US 192 and only 15 minutes from Disney with easy access to shops, restaurants and take-away establishments as well as golf courses where visitors are always welcome.
The villa has a safe for guest's use and also a monitored security system. |
Amenities
The main mastersuite has a king-size bed, plenty of bedroom furniture and a walk-in closet with ample storage. It has a TV/DVD player and a hairdryer can be located in the ensuite.
The second mastersuite has a queen size bed and is equipped like the main master bedroom.
One twin room is on a Disney theme, even including a Disney TV/DVD player. As with the second twin room, it has ample storage and they share a bathroom
The games room has proved a huge success and has a 7ft pool table, foosball table, dart-board and table, chairs and CD player.
As with most Florida villas, the kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, waste disposal, cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a large amount of crockery and plastic items for eating outdoors - in fact everything you could wish for. |
Rental Rates
All taxes are included in our rates.
Rates are from £395 per week to £495 per week at Christmas and pool heat can be provided for the cooler months at £75 per week.
For stays of under one week, a $90 (£50) cleaning fee is charged.
Welcome packs can be provided so you do not have to go shopping on arrival and there are plenty of details of delivery services for your evening meal.
Payment can be by cheque, direct transfer into either our US or UK bank accounts or, by credit card via Paypal for which there will be a 3% fee. |
Community facilitiesCalabay Parc is fortunate in having a Home Owners Association that takes care of all the outside area, making sure the grass and plants are well watered and looked after, giving the entire estate a peaceful feeling.
There are numerous golf courses near by - some expensive and some not so expensive and visitors are always welcome. |
