Amenities
Nearest-Disney has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accomodating 10 people in luxurious surroundings, not forgetting a crib for our younger guests.
The Master En-Suite has a King bed with ample storage. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms, and 2 Twin bedrooms for our teenage and younger guests. The youngest room being the exception, all have TV's and DVD players, with some also having stereo systems.
A large Family room has a very large 55" Flatscreen HD TV, Ipod Docking Station, Stereo system, and a library of CD's and DVD's.
There is also a seperate Breakfast nook with a table for 4 people, and a formal Dining room with a beautiful dining table to seat 6. The Sitting room has a chaise-lounge for those quieter moments, with a library of books for the young and older guests. The Kitchen has counter seating and all applicable applicances, with the Laundry room furnished with washer/dryer, ironing board, iron etc.
Nursery equipment consisting of stroller, high chair, baby monitor, crib and play pen, are all provided free of charge.
Nearest-Disney has permenant high-speed internet access (notepad required), with FREE Worldwide telephone calls, 24/7.
The large 30' X 15' South facing pool has an extended deck/lanai area, with luxurious pool furniture, to soak up those Florida rays, with a ceiling fan under the lanai to cool you down. There is table seating for 9 guests, with a Gas BBQ provided at no extra cost. |

Community facilitiesAll homes on the Estate have been indivually designed and are built on very, very large lots, ensuring privacy from your neighbours. WDW's Maingate is less than 2 miles away, with an alternative route into WDW, being even closer!!! (Great for exiting the Parks avoiding the main traffic)
Nearest-Disney is fully air-conditioned and smoke/alarm monitored. Our local Managment Co. are always available is needed.
