Welcome to Nearest-Disney, located on the prestigious, walled and gated residential community of Formosa Gardens Estates, where grand homes have been built to luxury standards on large lots, ensuring space and privacy between neighbours. It is THE perfect location, with Walt Disney World entrance only 2 miles away. It's so close, you can pop back for lunch and a swim, or just to relax, before heading out for a night time extravaganza!!

Amenities
Nearest-Disney has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accomodating 10 people in luxurious surroundings, not forgetting a crib for our younger guests.
The Master En-Suite has a King bed with ample storage. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms, and 2 Twin bedrooms for our teenage and younger guests. The youngest room being the exception, all have TV's and DVD players, with some also having stereo systems.
A large Family room has a very large 55" Flatscreen HD TV, Ipod Docking Station, Stereo system, and a library of CD's and DVD's.
There is also a seperate Breakfast nook with a table for 4 people, and a formal Dining room with a beautiful dining table to seat 6. The Sitting room has a chaise-lounge for those quieter moments, with a library of books for the young and older guests. The Kitchen has counter seating and all applicable applicances, with the Laundry room furnished with washer/dryer, ironing board, iron etc.
Nursery equipment consisting of stroller, high chair, baby monitor, crib and play pen, are all provided free of charge.
Nearest-Disney has permenant high-speed internet access (notepad required) FREE telephone calls 24/7 to Europe, Ireland, Canada and Puerto Rice. Free local and long distance within the Us.
The large 30' X 15' South facing pool has an extended deck/lanai area, with luxurious pool furniture, to soak up those Florida rays, with a ceiling fan under the lanai to cool you down. There is table seating for 9 guests, with a Gas BBQ provided at no extra cost. |

Community facilitiesFormosa Gardens Estates is situated in a quiet, tranquil area, with 2 beautiful lakes filled with Widemouth Bass and grass eating Carp, both of which guests are allowed to fish from (on a Catch and Release Policy). There is also Formosa Gardens Shopping Village, which is only a minutes drive away, where you will find grocery stores, pharmacy, medical walk-in clinic and many family restaurants, The home is one storey, and so ideal for our disabled guests. It has a fully monitored alarm and smoke detector system, with your safety and security in mind.
The pool and oversized deck area are South facing, and enjoy full sun all day long, and as all homes are constructed on extra large lots, you can be assured of plenty of privacy between you and your neighbours.
All nursery equipment, is provided at no extra cost.
Nearest-Disney is fully air-conditioned and smoke/alarm monitored. Our local Managment Co. are always available is needed.
