This beautiful villa certainly has the WOW factor having been furnished with taste and comfort in mind and, with two mastersuites, it is ideal for two families sharing.
It is located in the sub-division of Indian Point so is ideally located for Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and lots of other major attractions as well as lots of shopping malls and places to eat - you never run out of choice.
The large family room, with catherdral ceilings, looks out onto the pool area and has doors which are alarmed for children's protection. The entertainment unit contains a 32" multi-channel cable TV, VCR, DVD, Hi-Fi, books, CD's, DVD's and games. It is comfortably furnished with both large and smaller sofas and a reclining arm chair. Off the family room is the dining area which has an extended table that seats eight comfortably.
Adjacent to these rooms is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all main appliances including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, double fridge/freezer with water & ice dispenser, and the breakfast area.
The King master bedroom is richly furnished, has TV, bedside phone plus a computer station with internet access and it's ensuite bathroom has a corner tub, separate shower cubicle, WC and vanity basins for him and her. There is a large walk-in closet which also houses the guest safe.
The Queen bedroom also has TV and bedside phone. It's ensuite bathroom has a tub with shower over and a single basin. This is a nice size room with a big closet and plenty of drawer space.
One twin room has a jungle theme with a high mounted multi-channel television. There is a 3/4 size cot with linens stored in the closet for an infant. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds and is Disney themed. This room overlooks the pool so the window is alarmed. It has a Mickey Mouse television and Playstation 2 with games plus a play table and toy box. In the closet is a rollaway bed for one additional guest. Both twin rooms share the third bathroom. |
Amenities
The south-east facing 30ft pool is heated to approximately 84 degrees all year round. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables under the covered lanai area and toys to play with. The extended deck, which catches the sun from sunrise to 5pm, is covered by a fine mesh screen to keep the bugs away and has a privacy fence. All doors to the pool area are child alarmed.
The garage has been converted for use as a games area with pool table, dart board, air hockey and boccaball. This area is not air conditioned so a large ceiling fan has been installed for comfort.

Weekly rates from £495 to £550
Pool heat an additional £75 per week
A deposit of £150 ($250) per week is required on booking.
The balance is due eight weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
A security bond of £200 ($350) is required and should be sent with your final payment. If no damage to the property occurs then the full amount of the bond will be returned to you.
Payment can either be by cheque, direct payment into either our US or UK bank, or credit card payment via Paypal for which you do not need a Paypal account but a 3% fee is incurred. |
