This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is located in Kissimmee on the peaceful and friendly Chatham Park community close to highway 192 and only 10 minutes from Disney. It is a perfect base for all the Orlando area attractions.There are several golf courses nearby and the Gulf and Atlantic coasts are about 1 hour away.
The villa is fully air conditioned and the heatable pool is south facing providing sun all day long. A lanai, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and family room, provides shade and an area to relax or have a quiet meal.
A king master bedroom, queen double bedroom, and two twin bedded rooms sleep 8 in total comfort. A spacious family room with adjacent dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook are comfortably furnished and will provide that home-from-home feeling.
The rear of the villa adjoins the community recreational area with its children's play park and ball courts, providing a safe place for your children.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Prices given are per 7 nights and are fully tax inclusive. Additional nights can be added pro-rata to the 7 night rate.
Pool heat is optional and is charged at £10/$20 per day if requested at the time of booking.
A reservation deposit of £100/$200 is required at the time of booking.
A cleaning surcharge of £35/$70 is applied to bookings of 4 days or less.
A discount is offered for bookings of 14 days or more during 2008 (or you can try negotiating).
A security deposit (in case of damage, etc.) of £150/$300 is due with the final rental balance (payable 8 weeks prior to arrival). The security deposit is fully refundable pending the report from the management company.
Unless agreed in advance with the management company, £50/$100 will be deducted from the security deposit if the villa is not vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. |
