A Wonderful fully air conditioned luxury spa pool home with four en-suite bedrooms. This property is absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated and provides a welcome home feel. Comprising of a master bedroom - king size bed and three further bedrooms, two queen and a twin room. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room which means that the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The living area is spacious and open plan, including dining room/breakfast area and kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen area on the lanai (pool deck) with a gas bar-b-cue, together with sun recliners. The villa backs onto a peaceful conservation area and therefore is not overlooked from properties to the rear.

Community facilitiesThe resort is just off the 192, right behind Medieval Times between mile markers 14 & 15. Superbly located for just about everything you want to do whilst in Florida - it just doesn't get better than this. The gated community has security on site and is beautifully landscaped. with a huge club house containing a variety of amenities you cannot fail to be impressed. With our on site management company should you need anything at all you can simply make a request at the club house and whatever you need will be taken care of:
