Peaceful lakeside home near Disney with Games Room and large west facing private pool.
Tall hedges screen the pool each side adding to the privacy and the extended sun deck with loungers, offers plenty of space to soak up the Florida sunshine.
After swimming and sunbathing just shower off in the pool side bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Quality furnishings throughout with all linen and towels supplied.
Central air-conditioning and heating + ceiling fans in all rooms. |
Amenities
Downstairs the large open plan living area has cathedral ceilings with large windows overlooking pool and lake. TV with DVD/VCR. All doors to the pool area are fitted with child safety alarms.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and large dining table which easily seats 8 people. Sliding patio doors lead from the dining area to the covered lanai where we have a patio table and chairs for outside entertaining.
The Games Room has a 6' pool table, 7' air-hockey table and PS2 + cable TV and seating area. All bedrooms have cable TV + Nintendo Games console in one room.
Master Suite with king size bedand bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath. French doors from the master bedroom lead directly to the pool deck.
Upstairs is a bedroom with Queen size bed and view over the lake.
Two more bedrooms each have 1single bed and 1 double bed to allow for more flexibility with sleeping arrangements. The family bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with shower over, two sinks and toilet.
