Our spacious villa is complete with extended pool deck, South West facing salt water swimming pool & integrated Jacuzzi. Both the Master Bedroom and the Queen Bedroom have their own en-suites which provide two families with that much needed additional privacy. You’ll never feel cramped as you would do in a hotel room, the interior alone is over 2800sqft and then you have the pool area!
The property is close to all major attractions being only 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World Resort and 5 minutes from the main Interstate 4 leading to all other attractions. Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are only minutes as is the nearby Kissimmee.
For the golf enthusiast the property is ideally located for numerous spectacular golf courses, there is an 18-hole golf course only a few minutes drive from Tuscan Ridge and the new majestic Golf Complex designed by Greg Norman, Champion’s Gate, is only 10mins away. In addition, there are also many other courses within a few minutes drive!

Our beautifully maintained luxury villa has 4 bedrooms: 1 master bed with en-suite, 1 queen bed with en-suite & 2 twin rooms. The spacious layout of the villa is designed with versatility in mind. The property has two separate living rooms and as both the Master and Queen bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom this makes it ideal for individual families or larger groups.
There is a formal dining and living area as well as a social family room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook with table and chairs which overlooks the pool area.
The Master Bedroom is spacious and has it’s own huge luxurious Master Bathroom with double vanity units, walk-in wardrobe, bath and huge walk-in shower.
New soft furnishings, linen, towels & outdoor furniture maintain the high standards and upgrades throughout the villa.
Cable TV, DVD Player & DVDs keep the whole family happy during those well deserved rest breaks. There is also a PS2 and games to keep the kids or the “big kids” in your party occupied. For additional entertainment there is also a pool table in the garage.
The spacious fully screened lanai / patio area has an extended pool deck and swimming pool and has excellent furniture for lounging, seating & dining al fresco and the spa provides the ultimate evening relaxation after hours in the sun walking round the parks. As the pool area is south west facing it has sun from 9am until sunset, perfect for topping up your tan or simply chilling out and watching the sunset, the illuminated ceiling fans add a cooling breeze for those warm Florida evenings. Access to the pool can be gained from the living room, the family room and the master bedroom, each having patio doors with clear views overlooking the entire pool area. These doors are fitted with alarms for your children's safety. |
