"Sandpipers" is an outstanding luxury vacation home. It is one of the largest 5 bedroomed homes in the area - with 3000sq ft of air-conditioned living space, however large your party is, you will never feel cramped!
The extensive space continues outside, with a huge 30 x 15ft eco-friendly and healthy saltwater pool and vast deck, with views over miles and miles of Conservation Wetlands. The fabulous pool area is south and west facing, so you can top up your tan throughout the day.
With no rear neighbours to spoil your privacy, your enjoyment of the superb outdoor Floridian lifestyle will be enhanced by the bubbling in-ground spa, a spacious shaded lanai for when the sun gets just that too warm, luxury pool furniture and atmospheric garden lighting at night.
Weston Hills is one of the Disney area's best-kept secrets - a small, beautifully kept secure gated community, located on the 27 just 3 miles north of its juction with the 192. It is very peaceful with a high proportion of residential, rather than solely vacation homes.
We have provided many upgrades to enhance your vacation enjoyment, and with its ideal location just a few minutes easy drive from shops, restaurants, golf courses and the Theme Parks, staying at "Sandpipers" will prove the icing on the cake to your well-earned vacation.
Our saltwater pool and spa is a natural alternative to "pool chlorine" chemicals. It offers our guests the luxury and the natural healthy benefits of swimming in crystal clear, mild salt water (only half as salty as your own tear drops). No more red eyes, green hair or irritated eyes or skin. It is environmentally positive and ecologically sound - most or all of the regular chemicals dumped into pools eventually end up polluting our environment in one way or another. This system uses only pure, natural salt - and recycles that salt continuously.
As English owners we visit at least 3 times a year to ensure that the villa is maintained and continually upgraded to the highest standards that we and our guests expect.
