This fantastic 5 bed villa would be our own vacation 'home from home', except that we don't have nearly this much luxury or sunshine at home! It is located in a quiet conservation area at Silver Creek, just a few minutes from Disney. It has 2500 sq ft under aircon with two very comfortable family rooms and an open aspect kitchen/dining/living area. |
Amenities
Our home is on one of the largest plots on the development, with the rear of the house facing just south of west, so that the pool area gets sunshine most of the day, and those famed Florida sunsets. Even though the nearest home is 40ft away, we have a pool area which is screened by a 5ft hedge on each side, but open to the view over the conservation area to the rear. You can observe the local bird life, which includes sandhill cranes, little and large egrets, black and turkey vultures, hawks, herons, ibis and many smaller species: we even provide you with binoculars.

Stays of less than 6 nights will be charged an additional cleaning charge of $120.

Payment can be made in USD or Sterling.. For guests from the US we accept US checks. Payments can be accepted by Visa and MasterCard, bank transfer or personal checks. .

Community facilitiesTo reach Silver Creek you turn right from the very end of the famous Highway 192 on to the H27, and one mile on, at the second set of traffic lights, drive another mile through residential Woodridge and Clear Creek into the hidden jewel of Silver Creek. The lush green, freshly landscaped entrance, pastel shaded homes and flowering trees will give you a taste of Disney before you even get to the parks! There are two seating areas surrounded by flowers, the second is next to our new Crusoe’s Royal Treehouse adventure play-set for the under tens, so you can keep a relaxed eye on your little ones!
Nirvana offers peace and quiet, the perfect place to relax and unwind, while at the same time it is only about 15 minutes from the nearest Disney Park. This makes it ideally placed to return to in the middle of the day should you wish to, for rest from the hustle and bustle of the Parks, before returning for the evening activities, especially the spectacular fireworks.
Florida and the Orlando area is a Golfers' Paradise with numerous courses available from local municipal courses right up to challenging courses such as the brand new championship course developed by Greg Norman at Champions Gate.
Golfers staying at Silver Creek are well served by the following courses which are all less than 5 miles away. There are many others within driving distance. Please ask for further details. |
