Lounge is large spacious and just recently Refurbished,it is open plan with brand new lounge furniture consisting of sofa/bed settee which can sleep 2,two seater love seat and chair,NEW large 52"HD. cable flat screen T.V. with digital cable with over 200 channels and fox sport soccer so you can watch free live premiership football from the comfort of the villa.and theatre surround sound sytem,d.v.d. player and stereo Cd Hi/fi,overlooking a breakfast bar/stools to the kitchen dinning area,and also leading to an outside shaded lanai/patio area for all your outdoor Entertainment.
Kitchen/dinning Area is fully fitted with dishwasher,microwave,toaster,coffee maker,blender,crockery and utensils,oven,hob, large american refridgerator with icemaker,washing machine,dryer,iron,iron board,vacuum cleaner,baby cot,high chair and push chair available F.o.c.
Master Bedroom One And Two come with en-suite walk in shower/vanity units with plenty of soft towels and a super american king size bed in one and a queen size bed in two,large walk in closets,dresser units,23" cable T.v.s and Dvd players,alarm clocks,hair dryers and overlooking the pool Area.
Bedroom Three has two single beds with dresser,alarm clock,built in Closets,20"t.v. And D.v.d. player and furnished to a high standardand leads onto the third Bathroom.
Bedroom Four is decorated in a childrens theme with bunkbeds,bottom bunk double size(sleeps 3 )and to keep the kids happy a Playstation 2 with games,this also leads onto the third Bathroom.
New Games Room consists of 7' pool table 6' electric air hockey table,4' foosball game table,playstation 2 and electronic darts. 30' Heated Swimming Pool and deck furnished with plenty of luxurious pool furniture/beds to relax and soak up the Sun,the pool is south facing and fully screened to keep out any unwanted insects,but allows the sun rays to pass through for those wishing to take in that Florida sunshine.pool heating is available for those winter months at an additional Charge.
