Rent a Florida Villa Direct from the Owner and Save Money.
If you rent an Orlando villa or Gulf Coast villa directly from the owner, the chances are, that you will save quite a bit of money, because you have cut out the middle man.
Most vacation rentals within the Disney area are within a 15 minutes drive of Walt Disney World. If it is a Gulf Coast villa you are after, the choices are numerous too, and the houses or condos are within easy distance to the coast.
The majority of the thousands of vacation rentals in Florida are privately owned. In other words, these houses belong to families just like yourselves. These families often stay in the homes during their holidays, therefore they are fully equipped with all you should need on your Florida holiday.
You will be amazed at the fantastic value for money that private vacation rentals are. If you book straight from the owner, you can pay as little as $110 plus tax per night mid-season. This could be for say, family sized 3 bedroom luxury house near Disney World. The price depends on the amenities that you want in the house (or condo), the size of the house and the level of privacy the vacation home affords. Book 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom, 6 bedroom, 7 bedroom or 8 bedroom vacation homes.
If you want a high end home with all mod cons plus a larger size home, you will pay more of course, but whatever way you look at it, it is still a bargain compared to hotel rooms.
During high and peak seasons the price goes up a bit. But the price is still a bargain. By the same token, price dips a bit during low season, so the bargain gets better.
One thing is for sure, you are better off booking directly with the villa owner if you want to get last minute deals. The middleman rarely offers last minute deals on your Florida vacation rental. Tip: Don't take the chance of getting a late availability deal during high or peak seasons though, or you might miss out on the villa that you really like. As luck would have it, these are the ones that often go first. Worst still, it might prove difficult to find an opening for the dates you want.
Remember to book direct from the owner and to take care of the home as you would your own - they are mostly owned by ordinary families like yourselves!
