Take a Look at the Florida Panhandle -
South Walton Beaches
Just east of Pensacola, located between Destin and Panama City Beach, you will find the South Walton Beaches. Encompassing 26 miles of white sands, vast pine forests, underground springs, marshlands, bays and bayous and clear blue gulf sea.
Take the Scenic Route 30-A to the very best beaches. The most easterly of this stretch, is Deer Lake State Park. To the south of the park are powder white beach and lake areas.
Break away from the beach and go North of Scenic Highway 30-A, where there are hiking trails and unspoiled forests.
There are also easy walking trails through native vegetation. You can marvel at the wildlife which include green herons and woodpeckers.
Grayton Beach Florida, was established in the late 19th century. Grayton Beach is a historic district, with many of the old wooden shacks now properly restored.
The beach plays host to swimmers, sunbathers and surfers. Hikers and bicyclists can enjoy over four miles of trails through pine flatwoods; the trail begins across from the park entrance on Highway 30-A.

For shoppers, purchasing your unusual visitors' items is not a problem.
Seaside, is a pretty town developed by Robert and Daryl Davis. The town is a pedestrian friendly community of Victorian style cottages with picket fences and elevated porches to watch the sun set on the Gulf.
The town was used for the filming of the 1997 movie, the Truman Show – which is about a man brought up on the set of a soap opera.
For such a pretty town you would expect museums, ice cream, parlour, market and art galleries – you will not be disappointed!
Take a touring holiday along the Gulf Coast and stay in a series of Gulf Coast Villas, ending up on the underrated Florida Panhandle.
